How does The Phone Smart® Method actually work?

This course takes place over 30 days.

Controlling your urges is the key to healthy phone habits and it's only attainable through the Phone Smart Method.

Habit change takes time. This used to be a 12-week program, however over the years we have systematically boiled it down into the essentials, so you get the best results with the least amount of time and effort.

All you have to do is show up for 60-90 minutes for 4 weeks and do the daily practices. They’ll make you feel good and super easy.

Is this live, or recorded, or what?

This is a LIVE experience. You’ll get a calendar invite and Zoom link and join Tommy Sobel and all the other students to learn the Phone Smart Method together as a group.

When does the course start, and when are the sessions?

All it takes is to show up for 5 meetings together in January.

Every session will take place on Tuesdays from 11am - 12:30pm Pacific Time / 2pm - 3:30pm Eastern.

What if I miss a live session? Will I have access to the recordings?

If you can’t make one (or any) of the sessions live, there’s nothing to worry about.

Right after each live session you’ll get the full recording, and you’ll have all week to get up to speed.
